On 03-19-19 Trong and I did some OD readings. We did this for samples m756, m807, m1161, m1143, m1154, m1162, m775, m797, maricopa, and m756.
 For the nanodrop you use a 2 microliter sample and you carefully place it on the nano drop, and once it is recorded you clean it with bleach and water. This is repeated until you go through all of your samples. If you have broth then the blank sample should be TGY and if you have DNA the blank sample should be distilled water.
